I met Kevin Wilhelm about eleven months ago when I was given his name thru a referral. I thought at the time he was "just another realtor". The first thing Kevin asked me to do was "stage my house". I had lived there for 24 years and really didn't think it needed any so-called "staging". I did what he advised and within one week my house was sold. Kevin Wilhelm is by far the best Realtor I have ever met. He helped us to sell a condo a year ago while we were living out of state and then when we decided to move back to Austin, he helped us to find a rental house. Our condo was less than desirable and he spend a lot of time and energy helping us to get the best price and making suggestions on minor improvements needed that made a big difference in actually selling the unit. We could never have sold the condo without his help since we were unable to come to Texas to assist in the process. More recently, when we moved back to Austin, Kevin helped us to find a rental house.
